My husband and I have been going to this location for the last 11 years. We have had issues for the last three years, but my most recent experience has been particularly disappointing. I went in for an appointment 3/9/25. The tax preparer in the office had issues completing the return, so his manager assigned the return to herself. Don’t go here. Pick ANY HR Block besides this one. Made a 1pm appointment and showed up 20 mins early and waited over an hour to be seen. Why have an appointment scheduler if it doesn’t even exist when you come in??? Horrible service. I made the appointment for the reason of my time schedule
This establishment NEEDS to make sure they hire PROFESSIONALS to do their JOB!! It’s clear the advisor assigned to my taxes this time around had not a clue as to what he was doing! I asked him about a question presented on the filing and he had no clue as to what it meant, but instead told me I didn’t use it the previous year so I guess that alone is why I should disregard.
