I had a scheduled appointment for 930 on a Saturday to get my taxes done. The appointment was changed to 10 o’clock then after waiting 15 minutes the tax rep Lucy comes down and tells me she’s gonna be longer with a client when I first came in at 9:45 and they said she was finishing up. do not recommend this location.
