Ms Wheat is great but some of the others in there need to take a class in dealing with the public.
This deserves 0 stars. Horrible. My "tax pro" Mrs. Shelia Little violated 3 H&R corporate standards, negligent and unprofessional in handling my taxes. This is the last year I file with HR block and I will encourage others to just do it for free online like most of my friends do this is silly to pay someone who clearly could care less and has no knowledge except for the very minimal knowledge of knowing how to copy numbers from a w2 into a software system and even that my tax "pro" got wrong. IF I COULD GIVE HALF A STAR I WOULD….I generally don't make reviews unless I have had a really great experience or highly poor experience. In this case I have NEVER had a bad experience regarding tax preparation. HR Block is held in a higher regard.( Allegedly) Carolyn(tax preparer) was the person who filed my taxes last year.
