I am having the worst experience ever with this company and Carol Lyn Sloan !! No one helps me the company got their money but lost our check, then no help at all to locate said lost check!! Manager was going to call me but that has not happened yet!! Btw I should have had my check February 28th so I waited patiently before posting this review. All alone on this deserted island h and r block put me on with no updates nothing!
