Signed everything & they notify me TWO WEEKS later saying need to sign something. Wasted an hour & half of my life for a signature because someone couldn’t do their job. They can’t answer the phones either. Was scheduled for a phone call never got a call from anyone. All because someone couldn’t do their job that I PAY for them to do!
I love that I can do everything online, but still come into the office if I have questions.
