Should be ZERO stars!!!! RUN! Customer service is AWFUL and refuses to fix the mistakes which cost me money. Manager(Evelyn) is useless and doesn’t care to help with any correction or resolution for her employees mistake! Awful! They made a mistake, which is verifiable. The tax preparer apologized but, nobody wanted to cover the monetary cost of the mistake or provide help and guidance on how I should put lots of effort into fixing it! PAT IS THE BEST TAX ADVISOR IN CHARLESTON, SC!!!!
Signed everything & they notify me TWO WEEKS later saying need to sign something. Wasted an hour & half of my life for a signature because someone couldn’t do their job. They can’t answer the phones either. Was scheduled for a phone call never got a call from anyone. All because someone couldn’t do their job that I PAY for them to do!
