Carmine is THE BEST! Kind, patient, thorough, and he explains everything as we go. He is excellent!!! The only downside is some of the women in the office were so loud I could barely think. They were discussing other clients issues at a high volume, almost shouting. I almost said something but didn't want an issue. Again, Carmine is professional and excellent at his job. I just wish his coworkers would not shout and speak at a high volume when we're trying to work on a return and concentrate. Inside voice please!
Salima is a very nice person but not tohappy with hr block having problems with my return federal sent me a letter and the problems with there computer I been coming hr block in lumberton for many years first time with this program
