What happened to customer service? Today I had Kaplan, usually I schedule with salima, who is amazing! , There was hostility with Kaplan, she talked down on my career, didn’t take my tsp info, and was a down right negative worker, I understand times are rough, but seriously? You just lost my business!
I chose to work with Gary Zeitlin. and instead he assigned someone at random to do the work. let me chose who does my taxes
Charging close to $500 is ridiculous , to schedule an appointment then have to wait over 30 minutes is disrespectful.. no communication whatsoever but if we were 30 minutes late we would have to reschedule . Been coming for 5 years here and will not be back again
Louise Iskander was one of the most rude and nasty human beings. Waste of my time and i left very upset. She refused to help me and told me i have to pay her social security. Just a terrible sloppy woman.
