My husband and I had a terrible experience. It took almost two years to fix Blocks' screw up. The IRS was involved and H&R Block didn't help in any professional way to repair the damage they(Block) had done. We had to start a payment plan with the IRS because Block didn't take any action to help us. It took about a year to get a decent preparer from Block to help us. We had to give him power of attorney to fix the problem. Kudos to him, but we would never use Block ever again for our taxes. We finally got our money back but ... read more
