Do not come here. I filled my 2021 and 2022 taxes and they charged me twice for 2021 tax services. I have yet to get a refund from them and the people that were “helping me” from this office aren’t there because this office is a seasonal office. It’s been weeks and I haven’t had any type of refund.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Terrible experience, I sat with a tax “expert” for over an hour to be told that my taxes couldn’t be finished and I had to come back so that they can finalize them. I should have read prior reviews before making an appointment.
Stay away from this place. I have since moved out of state but I did my taxes here last year and it’s all screwed up. I went onto the IRS website and they told me I owed over $2500 when I had a refund and the lady there did not enter my 1095 a tax form. I called another H&R Block representative in this place to help me as I was directed to to call the office back and they would refund me my fees that it cost to do the refund and pay partial my taxes owed for the mistake.
