I made an appointment and came 10 minutes early to ask about pricing options and what would be best for a simple return since it was my first time having my taxes done professionally. The receptionist looked at me like I had 5 heads and seemed disgusted I had the audacity to ask about price. Everyone has bad days, and I know its a busy time of year but I just left and went somewhere else.
This is the second time that I have taken off work to make it to an appointment only to have to wait over 40min (I walked out). Each time it was due to them taking a walkin right before our scheduled time and before us arriving on time. The time they took out of my day completely defeated the purpose of using them over other more prepared services.
