I would not recommend coming here. I paid extra for the "ease of mind guarantee", well when we had to file using paper Instead of electrical our return was turned down. Went back into the office to ask for help and was told there was nothing they could do and lady made a smart remark to my wife about being me being married to an "illegal alien" which she is not. I would never recommend this place. A waste of $220
My mother had always had her taxes done by H & R block and this year convinced me to go. I knew it might be difficult because my husband and stepson who lived with us died this past year. But H R Block’s Leesa Griffis put my fears at ease. She was highly professional yet very personal as she explained how the Big Beautiful Bill could work for me. I told her as I was leaving that I would be returning next year and I would ask for her card. She has my highest recommendation.
Cheri Elkins have always been so great to my family, I left turbo tax 3 years ago and I haven't looked back. She really helped me understand what needed to be done to get my taxe situation better. I won’t ever use anyone else, unless she retires 😃.
