Ramya was outstanding and provided great service. She spent an appropriate amount of time explaining everything and made sure all questions were answered. Very knowledgeable, prompt responses, friendly, and very service focused. Greatly appreciated.
NOTE: ( This is a more accurate description of the service I got from Sara at the Sugar Grove location ). Sara that works at this location , told me the fee to do my taxes was $360, when I came to pick them up & this was with the $25.00 coupon I got in the mail ? I dont get this price, as my wife & I are both retired & file jointly ? I also was ( not ) given an upfront price, per H & R Blocks advertisement ? I also feel the $319, she charged me last year for doing my taxes last year was incorrect too. I have called the phone... read more
