I saw Alex H, Worse experience! This guy made me feel really uncomfortable. If you go to this H&R Block, DO NOT go to Alex H. He is Not professional at all. No patience and spoke to me like I was dumb. He needs more training in customer service and filling taxes. Not sure why they hired someone like him. Do not go to this location. If you do, do not file your taxes with Alex H.
