Incompetent and unprofessional. My wife and I made an appointment to have our taxes done with Patrica and we were told we had to reschedule because she was unsure how to do our taxes. When we came back for our rescheduled appointment she had us sitting in the waiting area past our appointment time just to tell us we need to reschedule again because she lost out W2’s and Mortage documents.
First year filing with HR block. Ramon knew what he was doing! He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions and made sure our taxes were good. 10/10 going back next year and asking for him!
CLUELESS. THIEVES. Similar experience to others stated. Unless you have super simple taxes to submit, do not go here. Our overall experience was awful. We started by scheduling an appointment weeks in advance and dropping all our documents off ahead of our appointment to give them time to review and prepare. Truly the most heinous tax experience of my life. We worked with Patricia Hayden - we’re military, so we pay taxes in our home of record, but submit returns in the states we live in as well. Our Virginia return was amended by the state and resulted in us owing a ton of money. We called Patricia and asked her to help us navigate it - we submitted an adjusted return and were told their “system messed it up” and that it had happened to a bunch of other people.
