Tax specialists as they call themselves but doesn’t even know how to use their system. My tax preparer been putting my tax info but would take multiple attempts before she can successfully submit it. She didn’t ask IN THE FIRST PLACE my IP PIN which delayed my filing. If I didn’t follow-up with her two days later, maybe she wouldn’t care if my return was already filed. I should have done it myself, I had bigger refund quotation than H&R’s refund. What a waste of money! And please, stay away from their Emerald Card scheme.. w... read more
