Mid march I filed my taxes with H&R block. They still haven't released my taxes and as of date I haven't gotten a reason why. Its now 5 months later. I called H&R blocks customer service number trying to find someone who can help me because you cant even get a person on the phone with the IRS. The rep with H&R block schedules a phone consult from the local office. The local office said I had to come into the office to actually speak with someone. I saw Chip this morning. Honestly the last visit was not horrible but was ok. Anyways the lady names Mrs Bernie or whatever her name was was SUPER RUDE. Honestly was gonna do my taxes with them next year but nope changed my mind real quick. Or atleast go to another one that actually is DECENT. I was tryna talk to her but she put me on hold real quick in a RUDE WAY.
