We were so excited to have an appointment with Amanda Munoz, only for her to be condescending, unprofessional- but most importantly she gave us incorrect tax advice. imagine being condescending while also giving incorrect tax advice. we will absolutely be filing with a different h&r pro/location. I unfortunately had a horrible experience. The tax consultant called me asking if I could come on early since other appointments didn't show. We got there and ended up waiting because she left to get a drink. On top of that we were pulled back by the wrong consultant first and I just happened to look down and see the name on paperwork was different than mine.
