Had come to this place for a few years but today that I had my appointment @11 .. they change it to 12 with out asking me .. that’s very unprofessional ! The guys there was very slow and not helpful at all .. will never come back there again ..wast my time 😡 .. if I could I will give it ZeRo starts .. people don’t go there to do your taxes !!

My experience with filing my 2023 taxes with H&R block was very satisfying and rewarding. The tax professional was through and offered appropriate services that directly benefited me. I was a walk in and the entire process took no more than 30 minutes. All in all, I'm satisfied with my experience and will certainly recommend H&R block to others for their tax needs.
DONT FILE YOUR RETURN HERE THEY WILL NOT FILE YOUR RETURN PROPERLY AND ALSO WILL LIE ABOUT DETAILS AND REFUSE TO FIX THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE ON YOUR RETURN AND ALSO WHEN U APPLY FOR THE ADVANCE REFUND LOAN THEY WONT PUT IN THE APPLICATION THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THEY PUT THE APPLICATION IN THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS
Absolute worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Jose, the tax “pro” completely screwed up my tax returns that I received 2 letters from the IRS where they amended the return. In the end, I am paying more than I ever have. The customer service was no help either, it was basically “it is what it is” from H&R. Never will I use H&R again, I will definitely recommend everyone to stay far away.
