charged $300 to file my taxes, never received a local return because they didn't provide me with the information to mail out.
Took our information in on March 18th and everything was organized. April 18th still waiting on our tax return. NO phone call. We just went in to pick it up and still waited for an hour. Needless to say, we were not happy.
