Absolutely useless. Tax professional went on an 8 week leave and didn’t tell us so all our emails went unanswered and we only found out by calling. Furthermore - the service we paid for - wasn’t even done correctly and we received a rejection letter from the IRS because they didn’t have the correct information. How do we get a refund when the guy isn’t answering emails?

I have received efficient and reliable service from the staff at this location.
Very disappointed with this location recently. They prepared my taxes in 2022 and sent me confirmation through MyBlock that my tax filings and payments had been submitted successfully. I considered the job done. Fast forward 2 years and I get a notice from the IRS telling me I need to file my taxes. I was confused by this and called H&R Block.
