I have received efficient and reliable service from the staff at this location.
Very disappointed with this location recently. They prepared my taxes in 2022 and sent me confirmation through MyBlock that my tax filings and payments had been submitted successfully. I considered the job done. Fast forward 2 years and I get a notice from the IRS telling me I need to file my taxes. I was confused by this and called H&R Block. They investigated and told me it looked like there was a problem with my filing and it was actually not submitted successfully, despite telling me in writing that the filings had been ... read more
