Fraud company. Over charging and not honest at all. Do not use H&R Block. Go somewhere else.
Seems to be a common theme, if there was a zero option, I would give it. -Multiple agents I spoke to, all of which told me, they would get me an "immediate response," to which I always had to call back to speak to another agent, to get the same response, with no answers. I filed my my tax claim on a Wednesday, was told I would get a phone call the following day (never happened) after my return was reviewed. Great customer service. Very detail oriented.
If I could give 0, I would. I submitted my taxes to Kim a couple weeks ago. I reached out the following day after submitting them online checking to see that she received them as I was going on vacation and would not be in the area. She stated that she received them. I followed up again on April 15th Via H&R blocks messenger with no response.
