Victoria Tran has been doing my taxes for 3 years now, always a great service and flexible with both in person and online appointments.
My wife and I were charged penalties by the IRS because of the way this location filed our taxes. This year was the first time in my life I have ever filed in person (I usually just do it online myself) and the first time I have ever been charged penalties. Be extremely cautious using their services!

I'm not sure what's been happening at this place. I went here without issue for years, but the last three years have been frustrating. One year, the person I had an appointment with wasn't there at the appointed time and the next year, I was treated in a very rushed and condescending manner. Any business can make mistakes and I thought maybe I was too sensitive. But reading these reviews I am co,sidering looking for another place
