I had some very basic questions because I’m a new Airbnb owner and I felt like I had made some mistakes on my small business taxes last year, but I met with Laurie Christiano and I had my (again, super basic, I’m so new at this) questions answered. This location is only a few blocks from my house and in the future I will remember them if I need any help, everyone working there when I arrived seemed really nice and warm :)
Yes the young guy that's that I had my appointment with screwed me all up more or less screwed me and my ex-wife out of 2800 for our stimulus checks that we were filing for that's what our appointment was for but that's not what we got to do he said not to worry because you have till the 18th and I'll make the appointment for tomorrow on the 16th well we go in on the 16th and he was misinformed and all he said was sorry he was acting like that IRS Nazi police just just a dumbass I'll never use h&r block again
Yeah the 15th was the big day but when I went to h&r block to file for my stimulus and my ex-wife as well was doing the same thing ,we were misinformed by their agent saying we had till the 18th so no hurry ,let's do your taxes right now! so he did my taxes ,then he said we / he didn't have time to do our stimuluses we could do them tomorrow !!because the deadline wasn't until the 18th!so he set appointment for the next day for us, and not to worry so we went in on the 16th and he said I'm sorry but you missed the last day a... read more
Alexis was wonderful, we would definitely work with her again. Everything was explained so we felt confident and understood what the plan was. Very positive experience!
This location is an example of what customer service should be. By making a mistake they earned a customer for life. Granted, I was legit and had all my paperwork but Sam and Sarah were the true rockstars of this situation. Basically I just stood there while they looked me up, saw there was a mistake, escalated things on my behalf and ultimately ended up making me over $2000. It would take a lot to get me to change my tax professional after that experience. Thank you again to everyone involved. Tax stress=gone
