We've been having our taxes prepared by Eugene Waskowski for quite a number of years. We couldn't be happier with the service Gene provides. We always have great conversations about life and his tax advice is top notch. There just isn't anyone else I would trust. Gene really makes the process fairly painless. Horrible horrible horrible experience with h and r block. Karl diverted my federal refund without my knowledge or proper consent and now they refuse to give me any information regarding my taxes and what they did in my behalf. I filed on Feb 22nd and as of May 21st the IRS still says they have not received my 2023 taxes return but when I log into my h and r block account it said BOTH state and federal have been submitted and completed and funded!
