The lady typed in our banking info wrong for our taxes and when we called to get it fixed they won’t help us. Waste of almost 200 dollars to have someone “help” my husband and I do our return this year when they can’t even type bank info in correctly without even asking us if it’s correct. Would recommend another location.
You'd be crazy not to get your taxes done here, specifically by Dashawnah. Not only was she extremely professional, thorough and timely but also super personable and kind. I knew i was in good hands when I sat in her chair. Will definitely be back next year and will definitely ask for her as well because she is out here doing the lord's work.
Called this location to ask a few questions and was immediately offered to have a sit-down session with Terra at no extra cost so they could help me understand some questions I had. Terra went above and beyond. Was the most helpful agent I've ever worked with and highly recommend. He was fun, easy to talk to and made sure I understood the process. Thank you so much Terra. We had an appointment set for 8:30 a.m., I confirm the appointment via text and email, I arrive 20 minutes early and sit there until 9:00 a.m. not a single person shows up. About 10 minutes after I leave I get a "new appointment" confirmation text for next week at a completely different location, no one attempted to reach out to me to let me know that the appointment wouldn't be held today or to try to set up another time that would work around my schedule considering I took off work this morning to get this done.
