Absolutely useless. Most incompetent staff from scheduling to tax filing. This was my 2nd year using HR Block and this was my last. They are super expensive and provide no recommendations or explanations of the tax outcome. I had a snowball of incompetent events with multiple staff. I don't know if anyone there knows what they're doing. I can't waste anymore time commenting about them. I can only recommend not using their services (unservice).
