Friendly and apparently meticulous but did not submit correctly my tax Documents . Now starting over with new rep. During meeting was not aware of deductions I qualified for. $150 for an hour not worth it so far.
Larry Newberry only to see Larry- our tax guy did amazing work in the shortest time span. The score would’ve been zero if it was in regards to my overall experience. My first appointment I was told that the individual I signed up with couldn’t handle the complexity of my taxes. So I had to reschedule. Then the next time I went to HR block there was an issue with a code to receive a tax credit for heating/air conditioning. Had to reschedule AGAIN! Unprofessional, rude, all what they care to take so much money as they can from me and missing important data and information on my tax. Not advice anyone to use this place.
If I can give -5 rate I will do. They did my tax since 2022, taking so much $$$ as they are professionals, just this year I decided to read my tax folder and I discovered that all missed up and didn't make my business part. It coast me so much headache and money to fix it back for 3 years. Use this location only if you like to have trouble with IRS.
Larry was extremely helpful for my first year filing with a small business and I would highly recommend him, he made the process very easy!
