H & R Block tax preparer people are freindly, welcoming, they know their tax laws well and they do their tax needy clients a great professional and accurate service.
After a tax pro at this office reviewed and submitted my taxes, my state return was rejected. It's going on three months and the issue hasn't been resolved. I've already paid them for my state tax submission, yet they told me my only option to fix the rejection was to come back in and pay another $45 to submit a paper copy of the rejected state returns.
