One of the most awful experiences I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went to H&R Block to get my taxes done for me to pay the people and then give me an envelope. Thinking I filed my taxes for me to get home And find two envelopes inside the envelope, saying I need to mail the payment to the federal and state! Ridiculous that’s the whole reason why I came to H&R Block so I wouldn’t have to handle none of this. Not to mention the $191 I have to send the federal and the $24 I have to send the state.
