Very unprofessional. Overcharged and still I have not got a my tax returns. No one calls back. Over 10 plus years of having them prepare my taxes. Never again. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
They're literally the best at this H&R Block! We feel so welcomed whenever we go there, it's almost like we're extended family or something. I just love these ladies. Patty and Julie are life savers! We always wait until the last min for everything and they still make everything happen in order and it seems so effortless for them! Amazing tax place and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!!
