Judy Hubbard was phenomenal. I had an appointment at another tax prep business this morning but nobody was there and just happen to see H&R across the street and asked them if they could fit me in. They told me to come right over and I was seen immediately. I was so impressed by my tax prep representative. She was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would give them zero, if I could. Save yourself hundreds of dollars by switching to TurboTax or Jackson. Let me tell you, as a low earner they will take full advantage of it. They will make you give them your routing and account number, and still not deposit into your account. They will claim they are there for you, but can't give you an ETA. This is honestly the worst company I ever had to deal with. 687 dollars and they can't even email or call you to let you know there was an issue with your return. Only way I found out... read more
