Well, we originally had an appointment next door at liberty tax and they completely stood us up, no tax preparers were there and store was closed even though I got confirmation texts and emails morning of our appointment. I was so annoyed I went next door to H&R Block. And they took us as walkins and took care of us in under an hour! I was completely impressed and sooo thankful.
