Debra Shakelford, my tax advisor, is the reason I love H & R Block. Update 2025: I will not return to this office. This year, the front desk receptionist was absolutely rude. My tax advisor was pretty rude as well. My son filed his taxes for the first time and his first experience was horrible for numerous reasons.
Alberta was through and friendly.
Even if I don’t choose to go here for my taxes, Romaine who answered the phone was so wonderful and helpful. It really made the difference and I hope H&R Block can help me.
