Too many adds
I visited HR Block on two separate occasions and, unfortunately, encountered racist behavior both times. The treatment I received was dismissive and discriminatory, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected in what should be a professional setting. It was deeply upsetting to experience such bias, and it has completely deterred me from returning or recommending their services. I expected a higher level of respect and inclusivity from a company of HR Block’s stature, and I hope they take steps to address these serious issues.
Fast, easy and high quality of service. These folks that work for H&R Block are real professional. Excellent service.
