They are rude and irresponsible and unprofessional. I called PRIOR to coming to the office today and made a appointment over the phone which they made and said to come into the building at 3pm so I came and now they are saying I did not make an appointment and I was never contacted and that they do not have my information.
I usually do my own taxes every year, but this year we had some questions based on our taxes becoming more complicated so we decided to get some professional advice. Lisa Flood is absolutely amazing!
Horrible service!!! Not only would they not file my taxes even after showing proof of income, they wanted to argue with me about the credits I should receive all because the lady wouldn't of received a big enough payment from doing my taxes. She barley spoke English to the point of I don't know if she knows what she is doing, and then had to get the manager who also refused to help but instead deny me what I had proof of.
