I never write bad reviews but felt compelled to do so for our recent experience as a whole with H&R Block. 2/19/24 - Visit Fairfield office to meet with specialist. We had uploaded all of our required documentation online as instructed, which our specialist proceed to print out while we were there. 1 hour and 45 minutes into the appointment we had not even gotten through entering our information in and were told we could leave and he would call with questions as he prepared the forms 3/12/24 - After a few clarifying calls/em... read more
