I had an extremely disappointing experience with H&R Block this year while filing my taxes. I chose to use their “file with a pro online” service and even selected the same tax professional, Wendy Ramirez from the Black Rock Turnpike office in Fairfield, CT, who assisted me last year. My prior experience with her was positive, so I expected a similar level of service. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
