I started off with them a long time ago so I sent my son to them however we been trying to contact Nakia the person doing our taxes n let's just say it's never ok to have to hunt down the person who is doing your taxes. The numbers definitely look so wrong I'm just not satisfied fa my child so we will finally be departing from H & R Block. At this point I advise people to do they own taxes
THE WORST! AVOID
Apparently u have to keep calling and bothering thses workers cause they forget u have taxes that need to be done here
