I had a great experience
Judy has been completely unresponsive for the past 3–4 weeks and has failed to complete my tax returns. This is my second year using this H&R Block office, and both experiences have been disastrous. Last year, Kisha missed the deadline, costing me thousands in fees. Now, Judy has done the same while entirely ghosting me. This office is highly unprofessional and unreliable, causing significant financial harm to clients. I would strongly advise against using their services.
