The ladies I dealt with today were extremely nice! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and jokes! 🤣 Would definitely recommend.
I’ll start with saying that I walked out mid appointment. Mary Katie (something like that). She was very curt, unhelpful, and combative. This was my first time ever trying H&R Block and I can emphatically say there is no chance I’ll ever go back and I’d only recommend this place to my worst enemy and I’d still feel a bit bad. Questions are treated with contempt. With snaps of “you can just do it yourself.” Which is true and why I’ll go back to turbo tax and save money at the same time. I have this place 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. If you want to go somewhere and be treated awful and talked to like you’re an idiot and inconveniencing their day then this is the place for you.
If you were looking for a personal and professional service stick with your local tax guy. Not these pop-up H&R Block’s. No problem knocking out my 2023 return in five minutes for almost $400 but when it came to a 2022 amendment all of a sudden it’s been weeks with no follow up. Even after reaching out 3 separate times.
Easy to do. Staff very professional. The app is difficult to use but it can be done.
