Husband and I had taxes done with Chong Ae Lee. Made appointment on website for 9 am got a call a few days before saying they don't open till 10 fine. Took her a hour and a half, we took all standard deductions. She had to excuse herself to ask someone about a star credit form saying she doesn't get many of those its been a while. She took everything off last years taxes that I did. The final kicker was advised starting at $89. She hit us with $340. I been coming to HR Block for almost 10 years now. Your loyalty and service means nothing to them apparently. After my tax refund was accepted by the IRS, my stimulus check was taken away from the refund. If I were you, I consider your options before choosing them to do your taxes especially if you get tax accountant Tom Addison. Turbo Tax may be a better option.
