Very professional and explained very well
This was our first time using H&R Block, and of course there's always a little anxiety when it comes to Taxes, but we had Crystal, and made the entire experience worry free and very comfortable. Crystal is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. I've made the appointment for next year with Crystal already. Thanks for a great experience.
