We filed our taxes a lot more confidently this year thanks to Brittany Swaffer at H&R Block. Her abundant knowledge and attention to detail, gave us peace of mind knowing that we were in good hands and know now what to look out for when next year comes around! We called and made an appointment, H&R Richlands. NC called us back immediately and set us up with an appointment. Once at the appointment we were taken back and the Tax Consultant ( Brittany Swaffer) was extremely professional and walked us through the entire process and eased all of our worries and concerns. Job well done. Thank you
Vina was excellent. I had a marvelous time. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Fast and we had a wonderful time. The office location was convenient and easy to find.

Not happy. Our information was put in wrong so the original total we were given was changed. Getting significantly less. Told 1 price for what we had to pay them for the services and now that changed without being notified . I will never use this company again.
