My fiancé had an appointment at this location today, when he arrived they claimed he was at the wrong location and did not have an appointment. He showed them his appointment confirmation on his email and who I assume to be the manager, was in the back cussing him out saying “that’s not my problem, tell him he is at the wrong location!”. This is very unprofessional, especially for a company doing something as important as taxes. Then when somebody was finally able to see him, the man helping him was extremely pushy.
