Probably the worst experience ever filing taxes. If i could give zero stars I would . Do NOT go to Jody !!! The most dehumanizing individual .
I’m so disappointed in this branch I will never go back. Out 455 dollars for one year and 159 for another after my tax agent missed up. No discount or anything offered except for next year. Even after I told them I would never use them again. Waiting on a call from a corporate manager now. This is not ok and someone needs to be held accountable for this mistake.
Great people at the office , but horrible upper management!!! After having my CPA for 15 years and him retiring, I was looking for another firm. I ran out of time this year and was referred to Carol Ford at H&R Block, I had a great experience with her and the staff at that location. Carol got them completed quickly and was very happy with my experience. I recommend H & R Block. I have used the company for years. I particularly like the Lee's Summit office on Rice Road because the preparer was accurate and friendly.
