I’ve been a patron of Jackson Hewitt for the past (8) years. I went to them again this year. The agent/s I went with to do my taxes this time were new and inexperienced. I needed to come in twice to see them because they had so many questions they could not answer. They kept MS Teams messaging their supervisor because there was nobody with experience in this specific JH branch.
