I’ve been a patron of Jackson Hewitt for the past (8) years. I went to them again this year. The agent/s I went with to do my taxes this time were new and inexperienced. I needed to come in twice to see them because they had so many questions they could not answer. They kept MS Teams messaging their supervisor because there was nobody with experience in this specific JH branch. Nice employees. Kathi was kind and understanding even though I missed a early appointment with her to file my taxes and was still there to work with me when I rescheduled an appointment the same day and did a good job filing my taxes. And I was running low on the rest of the cost so another team member gave them a coupon to give me.
