Total waste of time. I made an appointment with them over the phone because I needed to speak with a tax professional about some specific concerns I have and when I arrived, I was asked if I had my documents with me. I didn't. I wasn't told I needed them. I didn't make an appointment simply to turn in documents. If that's all I needed to do, I would just file online.
