Pitiful service! I was stood up with no cancellation when my return was supposed to be sent to me for review. Extremely unprofessional. Then, my California state return was completely loused up. The return was filed with California and I was supposed to get an approximate $1700 refund. Unfortunately, California notified me that I actually owed them $1445. Total waste of time. I made an appointment with them over the phone because I needed to speak with a tax professional about some specific concerns I have and when I arrived, I was asked if I had my documents with me. I didn't. I wasn't told I needed them. I didn't make an appointment simply to turn in documents. If that's all I needed to do, I would just file online.
