Every year, H&R Block advertises easy drop-off, but it’s anything but. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, have a MyBlock account, and tell them nothing has changed. Yet, every time, it’s a hassle. Whether I sit there while they slowly input my info or try drop-off—where I still have to fill out a packet with everything they should already have—they never pull up my previous returns. If I could leave negative stars I would. The place is a joke, incompetent manager and staff, the "piece of mind" they sell is a useless way to take more of your money...they do not help and are rude. They lost long time customers and our family.
Find a different H&R Block. Have used this company both online and in person for years and this is the only location that is grossly incompetent no matter who does your taxes. Giving two stars because without Lori, I don't know how this place would run. People are better off filing themselves or going to a CPA; most of these "tax preparers" are not qualified to do their jobs or use H&R Block's filing softwares. So many mistakes. I was able to get my taxes done late in the tax season with no problem. It was easy making an appointment, and no waiting to get my returns completed.
Will never come here again. Joyce; the office manager was A NIGHTMARE. rude to the staff and clients. GO ELSEWHERE
