After dropping off my paperwork in February (early in tax season) it took multiple phone calls and weeks to get any update on when my taxes would be finished. They charged me $360 to do federal and 2 states returns, which I think is kind of high. After they finished my taxes we made an appointment for me to come in and review and sign everything.
