There are parts of the HR Block website that are broken and there is NO tech support help available. I spent hours on the phone waiting for help on 3/7/24, 3/8/24, and 3/9/24. I was not able to pay, sign or approve my tax return online. My tax professional tried to help but she could not get any tech support when she tried to contact them. Since HR Block does not allow a client to view their return before they pay, I have no idea what work was done on my return or how accurate it is. I do NOT recommend HR Block!!!!!
Megan makes the process so easy. She's fast and knows exactly what to ask for. She also helps me with "what if" scenarios during life changes to help guide me with adjustments in advance of tax season, so I don't get in a jam.
Very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy process.
Great Job H&R Block as always! We are very satisfied with the service every tax season.
