We realized this year Irina, in Citrus Park, has been doing our taxes for 8 years! We used to do it ourselves, then we decided to hire her one year when we sold a house and were worried about possible capital gains tax back then. We keep going back as our finances have become more complex and we feel Irina understands us and gives us good direction, plus the $35 "peace of mind" audit protection. They aren't cheap, and we wish they offered rewards for loyalty, but we do like H&R Block and keep coming back because of Irina!
