I typically file with Turbo tax and needed some additional help this year, plus H&R was running an advertisement to match the filing fee of whatever I paid last year if I switch. Scheduled an appointment with Julienne Cornell 2/10. Her customer service was terrible and she charged me full price to file my return. The female employee was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Lady was too lazy to actually impute my deductions ended up owing 6k more in taxes than i should have. go with the dude that works here or don’t go at all.
The lady seemed very confused and unsure
