I've been here at the office waiting while there boss yells at the accountants. Go somewhere. I had to since they never even got around to helping me file my taxes
I was extremely disappointed this year. I had my taxes completed by Joel because reviews were good. After telling him multiple times to update my bank account information for the tax refund, the update was not completed. I should have checked for an additional review, but it wasn’t until it was too late. The fact that I paid so much in fees, and this error was made..I was disappointed in the service this year.
Unfortunately I was treated very rudely by the lady at the front desk and chose to leave prior to having my taxes completed. My husband and I will be going to the location in Aston, PA, where we have been treated respectfully in years past.
