I had a great experience visiting this H & R Block! Aya helped me with my taxes and did an amazing job. Kayla at the front was also very warm and welcoming. If you’re considering coming here for your taxes, I recommend it.
We visited the office located in Collier Commons and we had a wonderful experience! Aya was amazing and explained everything in an easy way for me to understand! I think she was magical because we are actually getting a return this year! My husband and I adore her. If you can, request to be seen by her. If I could, I would give her all of the stars possible. We will definitely be going back to her for our future tax needs!!
We used their services to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Unfortunately, filing taxes has been a complete disaster. Not only are things more complicated than ever, but we had to sign pages of legalese that says if H&R messes up, it's still on you. and we had to give permission for our personal info to be shared with a sketchy offshore account. what a total waste of money.
Bad experience, booked an appointment clearly explaining my W2 requirement, went there, had to work with someone for an hour and end of session, they said they can’t complete and need someone to review and had to come again. I wasted my work day off.
