Diana is the best, and helped me get my maximum refund back for my taxes.
Loved H&R Block and came to file my taxes here for years with Diane and never had an issue. Now all of the sudden this location decides they do not enjoy answering the phone to schedule appointments, since I’ve made contact with all of the other surrounding H&R block’s, one of them saying they would take down my name and number for someone to return my call, which never happened. So I’ll just go where I’ve been recommended, World Finance.
Diane is very professional and thorough. She provides excellent customer service and focuses on the needs of the customer.
