Absolutely horrible experience with H&R Block. If I could go back in time, I would have never trusted this office with our taxes. Please beware and do not come here. From the beginning, Roxanne kept us completely in the dark. We constantly felt like we were bothering her just to get updates, only to eventually find out our taxes had not been worked on at all. 1st made an appt for specific location, they said all set. Found out they made it for different location. Called back asking for specific location again & cancel other appt. They said no problem! All set. Walked in for appt. told it was for a different location. 2) I have a simple return & usually get refunds from $300-$700 every yr. But tried H&R last yr & this year & paid thru the nose. $250 for services for 3 items: eBay earnings, supplies paid & bank interest. Zach was great! Very informative and made it incredibly easy and painless. He was a few minutes late which wasn't that big of an issue for me, it's a Sunday, I've got time. What I didn't appreciate was hearing his manager or coworker scorn him in front of me and the rest of the office, couldnt that have waited untill I was gone? I hope he's still there next year and I will definitely be using Zach to do my taxes again! Thank you!
